Forgot your appointment or canceled it too late?
We have reserved the necessary time for you and are obliged to disappoint other customers, which is why we are forced to charge the following fee:

* More than 24 hours before your appointment: free cancellation
* Less than 24 hours before your appointment: 100% of the service price must be covered
* If you do not show up without prior notice: 100% of the service price must be covered
* If you arrive late for the appointment, the duration of the service will be adjusted to the time available, so that the next customer can be treated on time. However, the amount of treatment remains the same.
